IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY we ship to the United States and Canada, only, due to new stringent Customs Regulations in the EU. NOTE - You DO have the option to purchase PDF patterns.

U.S. Shipping - Tracking is automatic on items thicker than 1". Items of this size have higher shipping fees, in accordance to fees we incur at USPS. For items that are flat and less than 1" in height, like patterns, there is no tracking. Shipping fees for these items are less. You have the option of adding tracking on these packages. If you choose not to add tracking, that leaves no recourse if the package is lost in the mail. In the case that your package would not have tracking and it was lost in the mail, we are not obligated to refund you for your item or replace your item. Etsy only requires that we have proof of shipment in receipt form. We do not use Etsy shipping, so your tracking number will not automatically appear on your receipt. Please email us, and we will be happy to provide it. Again, if your item is thicker than 1", tracking is automatic, you do not need to do anything extra. If it is thinner than 1", you can opt to purchase tracking or you can have it shipped without tracking. If lost in the mail with no tracking, you will be out your product.

We charge shipping AND handling. For example: an envelope may cost $1.05 to ship, but we charge a minimum $1.95. The difference goes toward paying our overhead. In many cases, your shipping fees exceed what we charge you. In that case, we absorb the loss instead of invoicing you for the overages.

Because of the way the Etsy system handles shipping...when you purchase several items, your shipping can become escalated. We normally catch those and issue you a refund 24-48 hours post shipment. However, we are far from perfect, and may, at times, fail to issue you overages. PLEASE, PLEASE notify us...keep us honest, and let us know of the overage. We will gladly refund you. We are not in the business to make money off shipping, nor lose money. We try our best to find a happy medium. We want you to be happy!

Canadian Shipping - there will be no tracking on flats (envelopes less than 1" thick). There will be a Customs# available on packages (envelopes more than 1" thick or varying more than 1/4" in thickness at any point or boxes). You must contact us for your Customs #. In the event that your envelope/package does not reach you, we will not replace the contents. A shipping receipt will be provided for proof of shipment.

Special Orders - When we place a Special Order for you (ex: order in Wool from our Distributor; order in a special Pattern or Floss) discounts do not apply and refunds are not accepted.

Special Orders of continuous yards of Wool will not be washed/dried for you, as it is too hard on our machines.

Due to Copy Right Laws, Refunds are not allowed on patterns. Due to the fact that we tear our wool down to size for kits when ordered, refunds are not allowed on kits, as the wool has been torn down specific to your order.
